PRIVACY POLICY – DELETE ACCOUNT
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time directly within the app via:
Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Upon deletion:
● Personal profile data is permanently removed.
● Login credentials are deleted.
● Access to the app is revoked.
However, certain information will be retained where legally required, including:
● Financial transaction records
● Locked fund commitments
● Payment processor records
● Audit logs
● Fraud prevention records
This data retention is required for regulatory compliance, financial reporting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Account Termination & Deletion
Users may request permanent deletion of their account directly within the application.
Upon deletion:
● The account will be deactivated.
● Personal identification data will be removed.
● Access credentials will be revoked.
Financial records, transaction logs, and locked fund commitments will remain enforceable and
retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Deletion of the account does not:
● Cancel active lock periods
● Override financial commitments
● Eliminate legal obligations
